The Countess of Chester Hospital Commercial Procurement Services has awarded a single supplier national framework agreement to Liaison Workforce for the provision of workforce transformation solutions, aimed at delivering measurable improvements in all areas of workforce management for health and social care providers.
Liaison Workforce will provide users with a broad range of tools and solutions to support and facilitate a workforce transformation journey using its innovative mii platform, consisting of a series of interoperable technology and service modules designed to digitise the NHS People Plan at both organisation and system level.
Use of the framework ensures that all proceeds remain within the NHS, whilst also allowing NHS trusts and health boards to work with Liaison Workforce to deliver their People Plan strategy and increase regional collaboration using proven Workforce Optimisation, Flexible Workforce, and Retention and Wellbeing solutions.
