- Semble’s practice management platform helps clear patient waiting lists, cuts clinician admin by 75%, and enables same-day patient feedback
- Tech-driven mental health care provider doubles capacity as NHS backlogs surge past 1.5 million and UK Ministers told that cutting waitlists could save UK £1bn per year
With mental health services under unprecedented pressure, and over two million people in the UK currently seeking treatment, leading private provider Schoen Clinic Chelsea has partnered with healthcare technology platform Semble to deliver faster, more efficient care.
Schoen Clinic, one of Europe’s leading providers of mental health and eating disorder treatments which has recently been appointed to the NHS National Framework for Autism and ADHD Assessment Services, has adopted Semble to streamline clinical workflows and enhance patient experience. Collaborating with Semble has doubled its patient capacity, cut clinician report-writing time by up to 75% – from 2–3 hours to just 45 minutes – and enabled same-day patient feedback for the first time.
This partnership is announced as Ministers have been told cutting waiting times for thousands of people in Britain’s mental health crisis could save the government £1bn a year.
To help meet this need, Semble empowers Schoen Clinic Chelsea’s London clinicians to spend more time with patients and reduce waiting times at a time when the NHS and private sector alike are facing record demand for mental health support.
Dr Daniel Masud, Consultant Adult Psychiatrist at Schoen Clinic Chelsea, said: “This technology is allowing us to do more of what matters – treating patients quickly and effectively. We’ve significantly expanded our reach and freed up clinical time, without compromising on quality of care.”
Christoph Lippuner, CEO at Semble, added: “Our goal is to remove the bottlenecks and administrative burdens that slow clinicians down and help doctors get back to what they do best – providing care for patients. Through our partnership with Schoen Clinic, we’re proving how the right technology infrastructure can deliver major operational efficiencies and positive patient outcomes at scale, ultimately enabling a more connected and sustainable healthcare system.”
