Ergéa, a leading pan-European healthcare company specialising in diagnostic imaging and cancer care, has appointed David Rolfe as Group CEO and named Mark Graves as CEO of Ergéa UK.
Effective 24 November 2025, David Rolfe, the outgoing CEO of Ergéa UK, has been appointed CEO of Ergéa Group. As part of this leadership transition, Mark Graves, Director of Operations at Ergéa UK, will become CEO of Ergéa UK.
David Rolfe brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience and is a co-founder of two businesses that later merged with others to form the foundation of Ergéa UK, now the leading Managed Equipment Services provider in the UK. During his tenure as CEO of Ergéa UK from 2017 to 2025, he led the organisation through a period of strong growth, significant operational improvement and a meaningful cultural integration.
Under David Rolfe’s leadership, Ergéa will strengthen alignment and collaboration between Group and regional operations, accelerate its expansion into new markets, and continue to invest in cutting-edge medical technologies that enhance patient care. The local CEOs and founding doctors will remain closely involved in shaping the Group’s strategy and operations, working alongside the Group CEO to deliver growth and innovation across all markets. By drawing on the expertise of this wider leadership team, Ergéa will continue to deliver exceptional value to patients, partners, and stakeholders.
“David is an experienced and respected leader with a strong track record in transformational leadership and deep experience in healthcare. His thorough understanding of our group will enable him to lead with insight from day one, ensuring our growth plans move forward with clarity and focus,” said Dr. Guglielmo Brayda di Soleto, Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors
“I am honoured to take on this responsibility and excited about the future of Ergéa. I look forward to working closely with our teams across Europe to build on the strong foundations we have created together, continuing to strengthen our culture that places people and patients at the centre of every decision. I am also very pleased that Mark Graves will assume the CEO role at Ergéa UK. Having worked closely with him for the past three years, I am confident he will sustain Ergéa UK’s momentum and continue to unlock new opportunities,” added David Rolfe, CEO of Ergéa Group
Mark Graves, incoming CEO of Ergéa UK, has played a central role in advancing Ergéa UK’s operational excellence programme and supporting its recent growth. Before joining Ergéa UK in 2022, he held senior roles at Getinge, Johnson & Johnson, Olympus and GE Healthcare.
“It has been a privilege to help shape the UK business, and I am delighted to step into this new role. I look forward to continuing the work we have started and supporting our customers, partners, and people,” said Mark Graves, CEO of Ergéa UK
