
Kry Livi is bringing fast-access digital GP services to more than 16 million people across the UK and Ireland, through a new partnership with HA | Wisdom Wellbeing, the country’s leading Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider.
Under the partnership, HA | Wisdom Wellbeing will add a virtual GP service powered by Kry Livi – as part of its expanded health & wellbeing offering, Wisdom Super Care. Individuals with access to the HA | Wisdom Wellbeing service will be able to book a GP consultation via Livi’s app, typically within minutes, complementing the mental health, menopause care, counselling and wellbeing support that HA | Wisdom Wellbeing already delivers to more than 90,000 organisations.
The announcement comes as NHS GP access reaches crisis point. Five million patients in England are now waiting more than two weeks for a GP appointment – an 18 percent rise since 2020, according to the Care Quality Commission – and one in three people say their last GP wait was too long. At the same time, the hidden cost of employee sickness has reached £103 billion annually, driven overwhelmingly by workers who cannot access timely care and continue working through illness rather than seeking early treatment, according to IPPR research.
By offering Kry Livi’s digital GP service with HA | Wisdom Wellbeing’s platform, the partnership creates a joined-up pathway from mental health support through to physical primary care – available to individuals without the need for a separate subscription, referral or waiting list.
