BetterLetter Partners with Our Health Partnership and Harbr to Transform Primary Care Across the Midlands

A new strategic partnership has been announced between BetterLetter, Our Health Partnership (OHP), and Harbr (Primary Care Accelerator) to expand the deployment of BetterLetter across the Midlands, and to work together to develop the next generation of artificial intelligence solutions specifically for primary care.

This partnership unites three distinct strengths to deliver meaningful impact:

– OHP brings clear insight into day-to-day challenges faced by GPs, as one of the UK’s largest GP Partnerships with a deep network across Birmingham and the Midlands.
– Harbr contributes proven expertise in driving large-scale transformation in the healthcare sector, with a track record of system-wide delivery.
– BetterLetter powers the initiative with its market-leading AI platform made specifically for primary care. BetterLetter is already dramatically reducing admin overhead in practices, and this partnership will take that impact even further.

Together, they will be investing in innovation through a dedicated accelerator program to co-develop new AI solutions with and for the people delivering care.

“This partnership brings together technology, clinical insight, and system transformation in a way that directly benefits both patients and clinicians. By embedding BetterLetter’s intuitive, patient-centred tools across the Our Health Partnership network, we’re enabling faster, clearer communication and more consistent access to vital information. This reduces the administrative load on practices and supports more timely, informed decision-making. For patients, it means smoother care transitions, fewer delays, and a more personalised healthcare experience. This is just the beginning of what we can achieve together.”

– Dr Vish Ratnasuriya, Chair of Our Health Partnership

This collaboration comes at a pivotal moment. Workflow automation and operational optimisation are core pillars of the forthcoming Digital Primary Care Framework, which signals a national shift towards more scalable, sustainable models of care. To deliver this shift, it’s vital that NHS insiders work hand-in-hand with AI industry leaders. Only through close collaboration can we ensure that emerging technologies truly serve the needs of healthcare practitioners to deliver systemic, large-scale improvements that strengthen primary care for the long term.
