The NHS Clinical and Care Leaders Network (CCLN) exists to develop shared leadership between clinicians, patients/service users, carers and managers to meet the Health and Social Care vision of integrating care around the person to improve  the experience for the people we support, at a local, regional and national level building on the successful foundation laid by the NHS Clinical Leaders Network.”

The NHS Clinical and Care Leaders Network are pleased to invite you to our FREE National Annual Congress on the 13th May 2020. The event will focus on Delivering Integrated Health & Social Care supported through the Clinical and Care Leaders Network (NHS CCLN)

It will provide a starting point for the future NHS CCLN work and enable the initial networking and discussion opportunities. This will give future NHS CCLN projects direction and allow the NHS CCLN to support integrated care systems, integrated care organisations, providers and commissioners in the complex process of transformational change.

The end of the Delivering Integrated Health & Social Care: The NHS CCLN 2020 Annual Congress will see the official transformation of the old NHS Clinical Leaders Network (CLN) into the new Clinical & Care Leaders Network (NHS CCLN) initiating a significant step for Health and Social Care reform.
