The Electiva Foundation – created by The Electiva Healthcare – is proud to announce a landmark achievement in its first year of global relief. Over the past 12 months, The Electiva Foundation has positively impacted more than 1million lives across multiple international countries. This milestone reflects its unwavering commitment to delivering meaningful, measurable change through health, water and humanitarian relief initiatives.

Dr. Sayani Sainudeen, Founder, Electiva Foundation said; “Our mission has always been simple: to help people who need it most, quickly and compassionately. Touching 1.2 million lives in just 12 months is a testament to what can be achieved when purpose, partnership, and persistence come together. We are deeply committed to expanding this work even further in the years ahead.”

The Electiva Foundation’s on-the-ground work in Bangladesh is made possible through a valued partnership with Abam Foundation Bangladesh, led by President Md. Shamsul Alam Khan (Murad). The Abam Foundation delivers clean water systems, medical outreach, and emergency relief on behalf of Electiva Foundation – ensuring every project is executed with local insight, cultural understanding, and long-term sustainability.

Md. Shamsul Alam Khan (Murad), President, Abam Foundation Bangladesh, said; “Through our partnership with Electiva Foundation, we have been able to bring clean water, healthcare, and essential relief to communities who need it most. Together, we are delivering hope, dignity, and real, lasting change for thousands of families across Bangladesh.”

The Electiva Foundation is structured to ensure that 100% of funds raised go directly to charitable projects, with core funding secured through three primary sources: Y1 Capital – Family Office of Founder, Dr. Sayani Sainudeen.

The charity’s foundational sponsor, Y1 Capital provides operational and strategic funding that enables the foundation to scale sustainably and respond rapidly to humanitarian needs; and all profits from the Cafés at Electiva Hospitals (www.electiva.co.uk) – Revenue generated by the café at Electiva Hospitals is reinvested into charitable programmes, turning everyday commerce into life-changing impact. Cafe uses coffee sourced ethically from local suppliers.
