MiCode Medical Ltd Announce Strategic 10-Year Collaboration with Great ormond Street Hospital to evaluate Emergency Medical Care tool for Children

London, UK –  July 2025 –MiCode Medical Ltd have announced a 10-year collaboration with Great Ormond Street Hospital to evaluate the Micode tool which aims to revolutionise how vital medical information is accessed during emergencies.

MiCode is a pioneering platform that links secure, encrypted medical details to a unique QR code. This allows first responders and healthcare professionals to instantly retrieve essential information about a patient’s conditions, allergies, or emergency contacts—ensuring the right care is provided, anywhere in the world.

MiCode has signed a collaborative working agreement with Great Ormond Street Hospital’s Data Research, Innovation and Virtual Environments unit (GOSH DRIVE) to evaluate the effectiveness of MiCode with GOSH patients and staff. Under the terms of the agreement, MiCode will provide 1,000 QR codes to GOSH patients, free of charge until they reach 21 years of age.

The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to improve safety, reduce delays in treatment, and empower children and families with accessible, portable medical information.
