tri.x responds to COVID-19 with new online resources

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, tri.x, part of The Antser Group, has launched a range of new online resources, providing COVID-19 information and guidance tailored and personalised to each sector.

tri.x supports a range of social care markets including children’s services, adult services, local authority and independent children’s homes, fostering agencies, regional adoption agencies and safeguarding partnerships.

Combining expertise through training, consultancy and procedures, tri.x services aim to improve the lives of vulnerable children and adults.

A new customer resource will support practitioners to understand how COVID-19 legislation and guidance affects procedures and daily practice.

Antser Group CEO, Richard Dooner, commented: “The COVID-19 pandemic has meant that we are having to work differently, and rely on virtual or remote services. More than ever, our tri.x service is vital to social care professional to ensure they are fully aware and supported with all the ever-changing online policies and procedures.

“The current pandemic has caused temporary changes affecting around 90% of the core Care Act functions, and so I would like to thank our team for working tirelessly to ensure this online resource is up to date and accurate. We also recognise the dedication and value of all those working in social care and on the frontline.”

A link has been added to all existing customer procedures to enable quick and direct access to the new resource, and the team urge practitioners to keep checking this resource regularly, as it will be updated whenever new and updated guidance and information emerges.
